Future Plan:
Now BACK is the proud owner of Plot No. 10 at Sector - 22, Kharghar admeasuring 1012
We submitted application to CIDCO for a plot of 2500 in 2007, subsequently CIDCO also indicated that we would be able to get atleast 1500 in two plots (Plot No. 10 & 11), but allotment letter was issued for only 1012 (Plot No. 10).
Though we are not able to acquire adequate large plot as planed earlier we intend to fullfill commitments given to kharghar residents /
association members, i.e. a multipurpose covered stilt floor for car parking, space for holding Yoga, Spiritual Discourses, Satsang assembly etc., bhog preparation Kitchen, distribution hall, regular devotees sitting place, holding pujas every Amabasaya and other cultural activities.
Kharghar population is increasing fast, at the same pace community members are increasing, hence we need proper community activities space like accommodation for cancer patients, office accommodation, besides living facilities for two priests.
We need to arrange Kalimata Mandir, two small temples for Shiva & Ganesha, hence one floor level shall have to be earmarked for temples and devotees sitting place.
One floor level, we like to earmark for office accommodation and some indoor game facilities etc.
We need a multipurpose hall with satsang stage to accommodate above 500 persons we need bhog distribution space for about 2000 devotees at presents.
We have also plan to obtain approval for 1.5 FSI in future for meeting requirement of increase population, but some shall be processed separately.
In next few years we need to arrange many activity outside due to smaller plot and limited FSI, even after building complex of one FSI.
We have purchased Plot on payment of Rs. 140 lakhs, we indent to build temple complex at approximate expenses of Rs. 10 Crores.
We have approached our benign members, well wishers and many corporate houses for mobilization of funds and got good response, we plan to start construction activities after this monsoon.
Hence we appeal to CIDCO to clear our architectural plan at the earliest.
We have already engaged structural designer, we will be able to proceed further after obtaining CIDO approval on architectural plan.
